Cancellation

Auto-Renewal

Vehicle service contracts purchased through Complete Auto Protect have defined terms. Auto-renewal status is disclosed in your contract at the time of purchase.

If any plan you purchase includes automatic renewal, the recurring charge amount, term length, cancellation method, and renewal reminder cadence will be disclosed clearly at the point of purchase in accordance with California's Automatic Renewal Law, New York General Business Law Section 527-a, and other applicable state automatic renewal statutes. You can cancel any auto-renewing plan at any time using the same method you used to enroll.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your use of this site that is not resolved informally will be handled per the dispute resolution procedures in your vehicle service contract, which may include binding arbitration. Your specific contract controls the dispute process for claims and coverage matters.
